2-28-2025, FlameThrower Changes, DBM

Changed the flamethrower to be less powerful but more unique:
- It no longer insta-kills ticks. It now will randomly catch them on fire with about a 90% chance of hitting it in a second
- Ticks Can randomly catch other ticks on fire that they are touching. There is a maximum amount of times that the flames can spread (5 generations right now)
